Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong service orientation with knowledge of customer service principles.
- Effective communication skills to share information clearly.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions related to cleaning agents.
- Competence in using cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
Availability: Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove soiled linens and trash from room attendant carts.
- Maintain cleanliness by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping hallways and public areas.
- Address and clean spots on walls and doors in corridors.
- Polish mirrors and clean room numbers on doors and elevator panels.
- Gather and supply amenities for room attendants.
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding.
- Assist in flipping mattresses and moving furniture as directed by supervisors.
- Support Room Attendants in managing waste and linens during busy periods.
- Help Shampooers with furniture relocation as needed.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as required.
- Report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Offer guidance on safety procedures during emergencies.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
