  • Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Average work hours are between 25-30 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is required due to varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of plant identification and growth patterns, either through experience or formal education.
