At Princess Dental Staffing, we're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, has excellent communication skills, and can work seamlessly with our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in making every individual feel welcome and valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and registering patients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
  • Communicating effectively with patients via phone, email, and text messages
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front office environment
  • Verifying insurance coverage and processing payments
  • Treatment planning and coordinating patient care
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Detailed-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with dental insurances and practice management software is a plus
