The G&A Finance team seeks a seasoned professional to enhance the Facilities, Culinary, and Security (FC&S) organization by driving scale, efficiency, and innovation.

In this Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role, you will engage deeply with prominent strategic and operational projects, providing business analytics and insights, and offering recommendations for both immediate and future decisions.

Your contributions will be vital in business planning and forecasting, including the formulation of annual operating budgets, while also supporting various strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates for this team are accomplished individuals who excel in a dynamic environment, possess FP&A experience, and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Finance Manager - Facilities, Culinary, & Security Duties:
Collaborate with finance and real estate partners to establish and align key performance indicators that foster business growth, efficiency, and highlight potential risks and opportunities.

Develop analyses to enhance investment decisions, including operational spending returns, presentations, and business case development.

Provide in-depth analytic support to the business and generate actionable insights that will guide key decision-makers in optimizing spending allocations.

Assist in constructing operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. Create executive-level presentations, Excel models, and ad-hoc analyses for the organization.

Foster partnerships with FC&S business partners and the FCS Finance Cross Team.

Identify and implement initiatives to continuously enhance, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools and processes, collaborating with Finance, IT/Systems & Tooling, Accounting, FC&S Analytics, and Operations teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in financial analysis, encompassing financial planning, operational planning, business strategy, or analytics and/or corporate strategy.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience with P&L analysis, including operating versus capital expenditures, and a solid understanding of GAAP.

Proficiency in creating financial and operational models, demonstrated reporting and presentation skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations.

Capability to solve problems independently, manage workload and priorities, and complete tasks punctually.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of FP&A experience related to Corporate FP&A or G&A Finance.

Familiarity with Oracle Financials, Hyperion Essbase, and SQL.

Compensation:
$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
