Job Overview

Position Summary:

  • The primary role of a logistics associate is to set up and implement seasonal decorations in client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restore and refresh previous seasonal orders to ensure they are in optimal condition for future installations.
  • Construct and embellish new seasonal orders according to the specific requirements of each project.
  • Operate within warehouse environments and at client sites.
  • Install and maintain interior plant arrangements, floral displays, replica greenery, seasonal decor, ambient scenting, and impressive wall art for commercial establishments.

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
  • Capability to work on ladders and scissor lifts.
  • Able to regularly lift weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds.
  • Prior experience in design is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule:
This position typically operates from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional Saturday shifts during peak seasons, so flexibility is appreciated. Saturday hours are generally shorter.
