Job Summary

eXcell is a leading provider of IT staffing services and solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and small to medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT professional to fill the role of Level I IT Technician.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user customer needs and responding to and resolving technical issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
  • Manage, install, and troubleshoot telephone systems and other equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
  • Provide support for mobile hardware (Apple and Samsung) and Google-based business applications.
  • Develop training materials and procedures, and train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or technical certifications in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows Desktop Operating Systems, MS Windows Server Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to support Apple and Android mobile phones.
  • Experience with Small PDF and Auto Desk applications a plus.
  • Knowledge of AWS, RingCentral, Telecommunication, Meraki, Ricoh printers, and Lexmark printers a plus.
