Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze assessment data, and create a plan of care.
- Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours Mercy Health policies and procedures.
- Serve as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement in the department.
- Coordinate patient care delivery and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Valid nursing license from the state of practice.
- ACLS Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association certification.
- Associate of Nursing, nursing degree.
- Preferred: Bachelors of Science, nursing degree and endoscopy experience.
