Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team at The Anchored School in Celina, Texas. As a key member of our toddler program, you will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum that fosters a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Create and implement lesson plans that align with our educational philosophy and meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Nurturing Environment: Establish a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and parents to support children's development and ensure seamless communication.
  • Lesson Planning: Design and deliver lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and promote academic excellence.
Requirements:
  • Degree and Certification: Possess a degree in education or relevant license/certificate and state teaching certification/licensure/CDA.
  • Experience: Proven experience working with young children and a strong understanding of child development principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students.
