Academic Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Administrator to join our team at Prosper Independent School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned areas of instructional program and campus operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative instructional programs, collaborating with teachers to pilot new initiatives.
• Lead staff development efforts, reinforcing expectations for instructional strategies and classroom management.
• Foster a culture of collegiality and teamwork among staff members, encouraging their active involvement in decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the development of campus improvement plans, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree and a Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate.
• Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD).
• Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser.

Salary Range:$84,390 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
