Compensation: This role is commission-based, with the potential to earn between 30-75% of your production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to fill urgent job openings.
  • Match clients with qualified candidates, leading to successful placements.
  • Utilize recruiting tools and resources effectively.
  • Conduct cold calls, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews, as well as assist in negotiating job offers.
  • Perform reference checks on candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent high-volume outreach to source clients and candidates.
  • Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
  • Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A degree is preferred but not mandatory.
