Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enhance the Member experience by prioritizing their needs and providing outstanding service.
  2. Utilize effective selling techniques to identify Member needs and recommend suitable products.
  3. Ensure all areas are well-organized, visually appealing, and stocked to meet Member expectations.
  4. Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  5. Assist Members in locating products and provide guidance on merchandise selection.
  6. Maintain promotional displays and signage in accordance with company standards.
  7. Support store leadership in resolving Member inquiries and issues.
  8. Perform merchandise support tasks during non-peak hours to maintain store organization.
  9. Stay informed about upcoming events, product changes, and company initiatives.
  10. Adhere to merchandise protection protocols to ensure a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic internet navigation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous retail experience.
  • Strong organizational abilities.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience.
