About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and thank them for their business
  • Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all tenders balance
  • Issue gift cards and process returns and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and cash wrap area
