Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our established outpatient group practice in Kingwood, TX. As a therapist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and provide high-quality mental healthcare services.

- Autonomy: You will have the freedom to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions about your practice.
- Provide in-office or telehealth sessions as requested by patients.
- Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans, and determine diagnosis.
- Conduct family sessions as appropriate to support the patient.
- Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals and alleviate distressing symptoms.
- Coordinate care with prescribers.
- Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity.
- Staff cases with our Clinical Director or treatment team as needed and work cooperatively with our admin team.
- Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas - LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
- Must have liability insurance.
- Must be dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare.
- Prior Mental Health Experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting required.
- Able to make and honor a one-year minimum commitment.
- Minimum requirement of 30 hours per week.
- Must be culturally aware and able to work with a diverse population.
- Professional demeanor and appearance required.
