We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.
The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement. This position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plan. You will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site clinical services for the River Bridge SRTF program
- Assist with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates
- Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff
- Liaise with other community providers
- Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
- Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
