Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our Store Leadership team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific area of the store, including supervising Associates, maintaining a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train Associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone
  • Ensure proper merchandise presentation, including recovery, sizing, and markdowns
  • Manage the Front End, including cash registers, shortage control policies, and other Front End procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Store Leadership to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
