Global Medical Evidence Lead

Join Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a Global Medical Evidence Lead and play a critical role in shaping the company's research and development strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic integrated evidence generation plans for TAK-079 and HAE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research gaps and develop aligned strategic and tactical plans.
- Lead the development of peri- and post-approval interventional and RWE prospective study design within Global Medical Evidence.
- Provide innovative thinking and scientific expertise into peri- and post-approval research programs and real-world evidence strategies.
- Support the development of a strategy for all study types within Global Medical, including Medical Affairs Sponsored Studies (MACs).
- Minimum MSc degree required, preferably in a health sciences related field, with 8 years of research related experience and/or pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Strong and effective communication skills, with experience working in a global organization and within a matrix structure.
- Advanced level understanding of research and the pharmaceutical industry, with experience overseeing work of and mentoring other individuals.
Takeda Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive compensation package, including a U.S. base salary range of $169,400.00 - $266,200.00, as well as opportunities for short-term and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and company match.
