Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software.
