Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Help with medication reminders and administering prescribed medications.
- Mobility Assistance: Aid with walking, transferring between bed and chair, and using mobility aids.
- Meal Preparation: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
- Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in health conditions, including vital signs if required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of care activities, including medication administration and changes in health status.
- Experience: 3 years of caregiving experience required.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Montgomery County South East.
- Transportation: Own vehicle or reliable transportation required.
- Health Tests: 2-step PPD (last 12 months) or chest X-ray (last 2 years) or QuantiFERON Gold Test.
- On-Call Pay Bonus: $25 per shift for being on call (not an hourly rate) plus regular hourly rate if called into work.
- Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour.
- Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
- Performance Reviews and Pay Increases: Regular performance reviews and pay increases based on performance.
- One Day Paid Orientation: One day paid orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- Paid Training: Paid training to ensure caregivers have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.

- Holiday Pay: Holiday pay for caregivers to enjoy time off during holidays.
- Overtime Pay: Overtime pay for caregivers who work beyond their regular hours.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursement for caregivers who use their own vehicles for work-related tasks.
- Referral Bonuses: Referral bonuses for caregivers who refer friends and family to the company.
