Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized goal-directed nursing care plans that promote patient safety and well-being
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols
  • Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in neuro ICU care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and advance the field
Requirements:
  • Two years of nursing leadership experience, with a focus on ICU care
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving patient care outcomes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
