Medical Collector

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist III (Floater) to support our client's medical facility based in Merritt Island, FL. This 2-month assignment opportunity offers a great chance to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

• You will have direct contact with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and drawing blood specimens safely and accurately.
• Your responsibilities will also include performing blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups.
• Additionally, you will perform specimen processing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years of experience in phlebotomy are necessary.
• Candidates must have reliable transportation to get to and from the worksite without issue.
• Availability to work whenever scheduled and stay for the entire shift is a must.
• Floaters travel between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at their assigned site each day.

The salary range for this position is $17 to $19.8 per hour, depending on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
