Job Title: Engineering Technician IV

At Goldbelt, we are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician IV to join our team. This role will be responsible for calibrating and maintaining Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) to ensure accuracy and precision in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calibrate TMDE to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances
  • Update calibration information in the AMDS and complete Calibration Records
  • Affix calibration certification labels on TMDE
  • Notify the Metrology and Calibration Laboratory (MCL) Quality Control Manager of non-conformances
  • Sort and store calibrated TMDE on designated shelves
  • Perform routine repairs and maintenance on TMDE
  • Record failures resulting in Out of Tolerance Conditions
  • Report obsolescence to the Government via AMDS
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician
  • Current Secret Security Clearance
  • Familiarization with calibration and TMDE procedures and requirements
  • Experience in repair, troubleshooting, and fabrication of commercial/mil-spec equipment
  • Familiarization with electronic component assembly and testing
  • Familiarization with Microsoft products, including Excel, WORD, and PowerPoint
