Job Summary
The Lead Technician position is a key role in our organization, responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems. As a Lead Technician, you will be expected to demonstrate strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a team of technicians to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition, and electrical systems.
+ Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards of quality and safety.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through continuous training and professional development.

Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
+ A.S.E. certification in at least 5 areas (A1-A8).
+ Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
