Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess wildlife activity and potential entry points.
  • Diagnose and Implement Solutions: Diagnose and determine appropriate wildlife control strategies based on the type of animal, damage caused, and customer needs.
  • Humane Wildlife Control: Implement humane wildlife control techniques, including safe capture, removal, and termination of nuisance animals.
  • Exclusion Work: Perform exclusion work by sealing entry points to prevent wildlife from re-entering properties, including minor carpentry and repair tasks such as installing screens, sealing gaps, and repairing damaged areas.
  • Customer Communication: Meet with customers to assess their wildlife issues, explain the services to be provided, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements
  • Must-Haves: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: At least 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field, and experience working with ladders and on rooftops is a plus.
Work Environment

As a Wildlife Service Technician with Pest-End Inc., you will spend most of your time outdoors, conducting property inspections, performing exclusion work, and implementing humane wildlife control techniques. You must be comfortable working in various weather conditions and using power tools and equipment safely.
