Qualifications:

  • A professional demeanor and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively are crucial.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is expected.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations, policies, and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in typing at least 45 words per minute with accuracy is required.
  • Experience with 10-key data entry, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
