Papa John's Dawsonville Hwy is a well-established franchise operator of Papa John's restaurants in the greater Atlanta area. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant in Gainesville, GA.
Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, food quality, and team management. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $52,000, plus tips and monthly incentive bonuses based on store profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage the Team
- Recruit, train, and maintain a customer-focused team
- Supervise shifts and ensure excellent customer service
- Operational Excellence
- Manage and continually improve all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Promptly resolve customer concerns
- Financial Management
- Ensure food, labor, and other controllable costs stay within budget to manage profit goals
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Marketing and Community Engagement
- Promote Papa John's in the local community
- Build Papa John's good image and presence in the community
Requirements
- Restaurant management or supervision experience is a must
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to comfortably lift 25 lbs
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to work with computers and technology
