Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and implement a diverse range of programming, including fitness classes, sports leagues, camps, and special events that meet the needs and interests of our members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of programming staff, including instructors, coaches, and assistants, and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality programming.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with department heads, instructors, and external partners to design and deliver innovative and exciting programming that meets the needs and interests of our members.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a fitness or recreational setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programming initiatives for children and adults, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent organizational and project management abilities.
