Key Responsibilities

  • Directing branch operations to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Fostering sustainable business relationships with clients.
  • Implementing compliance with safety, personnel, security, and inventory management protocols.
  • Evaluating financial and operational performance reports.
  • Overseeing warehouse functions, including safety, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer support.
  • Establishing service benchmarks and operational objectives for the branch.
  • Refining sales strategies while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Supervising management-level staff.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in food service or distribution.
