Position Overview:

The Estimator will undertake the responsibility of conducting quantity take-offs, scrutinizing project blueprints, securing quotes, and formulating bid proposals specifically for excavation and underground utilities assignments.

Primary Duties:

  • Generate precise take-offs and cost evaluations.
  • Examine project designs and specifications thoroughly.
  • Source quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Craft comprehensive bid proposals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in estimating for excavation and underground utilities projects.
  • Familiarity with HCSS software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents.
  • Strong communication skills.
