About the Role

At Ernest, we are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality service to our clients, ensuring that all HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings are performed with the highest standard of care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation.
  • Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment to identify any malfunctions, damage, or safety hazards.
  • Provide clients with estimates based on system assessments and offer guidance on necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Communicate with clients about any issues, discuss potential solutions, and assist with scheduling and payment options.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including costs and payments, for company databases.
  • Stay updated on the latest HVAC standards and regulations.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and relevant codes.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire for career advancement.
  • Proven history of delivering quality work and exceeding expectations.
