About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our growing services provider, Peak Support LLC. We are passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers and clients, and we're looking for a like-minded individual to lead our customer support team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving results and enhancing agent performance, with excellent coaching skills and a strong background in performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance agent performance and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals to achieve exceptional service levels and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience as a Team Leader in a BPO industry setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with call center tools and processes, with a sound understanding of best practices.
