- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous management experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airport or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more.

Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, with the ability to read and interpret documents, and present information in written and verbal form.

Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
