Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front-line employees to achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist employees in performing functional tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet client demands.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and coverage of shifts, including vacations and call-offs.
  • Manage employee lunches and breaks, while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
  • Implement and enforce safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airport or transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more.
