Western Partitions, Inc. is a leading interior/exterior contracting firm seeking an experienced High-Level Commercial Painting Estimator/Project Manager to oversee project operations and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, bid forms, and other paperwork, collaborating with internal departments to deliver complete estimates.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the bidding phase and project modifications.
  • Analyze project data, assess budget, and plan profitability status, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Participate in job walks to assess site conditions, inform reliable and realistic bids, and review contract language, scope of work, and special provisions.
  • Coordinate warranties, O&M's, and closeout on projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Lead project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the commercial painting industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and local to office preferred.
