About the Role

The Handyman Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high-quality handyman repairs and maintenance work in residential and commercial settings. You will lead a team of handymen and provide guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of handymen in performing various repair and maintenance tasks
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity
  • Ensure that all work meets high standards of quality and safety
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Master Craftsman or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to motivate and guide a team of handymen
  • Familiarity with multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent job
