Job Summary:
As a Radiologic Technologist - CT and Diagnostic X-ray Specialist at Froedtert Health, you will prepare patients, perform imaging procedures, and operate imaging equipment under the direction of a radiologist and/or other providers. You will adhere to organizational customer service standards and support the organizational excellence initiatives. Additionally, you will provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have one year of current clinical experience in each modality and be registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography, or Bones Density within 18 months of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare patients for imaging procedures and operate imaging equipment
* Perform diagnostic studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols
* Utilize appropriate radiation protection measures
* Adhere to organizational customer service standards and support the organizational excellence initiatives
* Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff

Requirements:

* One year of current clinical experience in each modality
* ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer
* Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography, or Bones Density within 18 months of hire/transfer
* American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within 90 days of hire
