Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Family Fare. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

• Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and patient counseling
• Stock and manage inventory of medications and supplies
• Process prescriptions and refill requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient profiles and insurance claims

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year of prior customer service-oriented pharmacy experience preferred
• State registration or certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
