About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
