At Alaska Regional Hospital, our nurses are the backbone of our healthcare team. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleAs an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in our fast-paced emergency department. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to prioritize patient needs, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and provide follow-up care instructions.
Responsibilities- Provide general nursing care and prioritize patient needs
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Provide follow-up care instructions to patients
- Make necessary referrals
- Coordinate functions with physicians and other departments
We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and is committed to excellence. You will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on emergency nursing. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
