Job Summary

The Academic Advisor will report to the Campus Director of Academic Advising and provide student advisement services for undergraduates within an assigned academic vertical. The Advisor will work closely with faculty and other identified individuals to maximize support of students in the assigned academic vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in student advisement services for undergraduates within an assigned academic vertical.
  • Work closely with faculty and other identified individuals to maximize support of students.
  • Provide guidance on academic programs and course selection.
  • Assist students with academic planning and goal setting.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an academic environment.
  • Excellent human relations and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for occasional travel.
