Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Clinician to join our team at Marion County. As a Crisis Clinician, you will provide crisis assessments, treatment, and intervention services to individuals and families in need. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, provide advocacy for client rights, and maintain current knowledge of community agencies to make referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis assessments and treatment services to individuals and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address immediate needs and long-term goals
  • Provide advocacy for client rights and confidentiality
  • Maintain current knowledge of community agencies and resources to make referrals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide comprehensive services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • At least one year of full-time, post-Master's degree experience in the behavioral health field
  • Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of community mental health concepts and treatment protocols
