Bilingual Crisis Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Clinician to join our team at Marion County. As a Crisis Clinician, you will provide crisis assessments, treatment, and intervention services to individuals and families in need. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week) with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis assessments and treatment services to individuals and families
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address immediate needs and long-term goals
- Collaborate with community agencies to ensure access to necessary services
- Provide advocacy for client rights and least restrictive care-intervention
- Respond to requests for information regarding clients not currently in the CSS
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, or a behavioral science field
- At least one year of full-time, post-Master's degree experience in the behavioral health field (for Crisis Clinician 2)
- Fluent bilingual Spanish/English skills
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, families, and community agencies
- Knowledge of community mental health concepts and/or chemical dependency case management and treatment services
