Job Summary:

The Device Support Specialist, New Indications, is a key position within the Patient Experience business unit, with a clinical trial patient focus. This role is responsible for supporting clinical trial oncology patients utilizing Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) therapy in the United States by providing education, assistance, and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continue to honor our 'Patient Forward' mission
• Manage administrative tasks, including expense reports, equipment management, SAP interactions, office supplies/ordering, and office logistics
• Facilitate clinical trial patient starts and CRM entries
• Conduct regular clinical trial patient visits and provide technical support, patient training, and data collection
• Serve as a technical interface between the Company and assigned medical centers
• Support SIVs and clinical trial patients as needed throughout North America

Requirements:

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree (or equivalent work experience) required
• Experience as a Device Support Specialist (DSS) recommended
• Knowledge and understanding of clinical trial processes and clinical patient support
• Proficiency in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and manipulating computer files
