Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Oversight & Evaluation: Regularly assess and interpret financial data to support designated programs and initiatives.
  • Expenditure & Cost Evaluation: Examine activities such as program expenditures, cost evaluations, invoicing, collections, forecasting, and other tasks related to contracts and programs.
  • Reporting & Data Interpretation: Employ Deltek Costpoint accounting software, TM1 financial reporting tools, and other proprietary management systems to generate reports and analyze data.
  • Contract Fund Oversight: Supervise the spending of contract funds in line with contract stipulations through the development and maintenance of direct project expenditure plans.
  • Program Management Assistance: Support Program Managers and Project Leaders in cost oversight, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Contracts, Program Management, and Senior Leadership to ensure precise forecasting, invoicing, accruals, and contract analysis information.
  • Proposal Assessment: Validate proposal pricing and conduct profitability evaluations.
  • Status Reporting: Compile status reports on Orders, Sales, Income, Funds Flow, etc., along with charts for performance evaluation and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and reporting, along with familiarity with accounting and financial reporting software.
  • Experience in managing U.S. Government contracts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Costpoint and TM1 is a significant advantage.
