Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in a School District in Ringgold, GA.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in School Psychology and a valid license in Georgia. They will possess experience working with diverse student populations and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral capacities.
  • Provide targeted counseling and interventions to foster students' academic and socio-emotional development.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and administrators to address individual student needs and optimize learning environments.
  • Act as a staunch advocate for students' rights and offer crisis intervention during behavioral emergencies or school-wide traumatic incidents.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's degree in School Psychology.
  • Possess a valid School Psychology license in Georgia.
  • Demonstrate experience working with diverse student populations and their unique learning requirements.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
