School Psychologist

ProCare Therapy partners with a School District in Ringgold, GA who are actively seeking dedicated School Psychologists to join our team.

School Psychologist Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral capacities.
• Provide targeted counseling and interventions to foster students' academic and socio-emotional development.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and administrators to address individual student needs and optimize learning environments.
• Act as a staunch advocate for students' rights and offer crisis intervention during behavioral emergencies or school-wide traumatic incidents.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Masters degree in School Psychology.
• Possess a valid School Psychology license in Georgia
• Demonstrate experience working with diverse student populations and their unique learning requirements.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

School Psychologist Details:

• Academic Year: 2024/2025
• Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Caseload: K-12
• Employment Type: Full Time

Application Process:

• Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter.
• Follow-up 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the school district.
• Offers typically extended within 24 hours of the interview.
