Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate 3PL Distribution Centers workflow to ensure effective processes are being followed.
  • Use multiple reporting tools with SAP to effectively report progress of the DC and individual users.
  • Build training and business process procedures for SAP transactions used within the DC.
  • Collaborate with the SAP Development Team to create SAP enhancements for improving Distribution Centers.
  • Effectively partner with internal/external clients to ensure all functions are performing at established levels of performance.
  • Coordinate and support Customer Service on ensuring stock transport orders are being received into the DCs.
  • Develop a modern supply chain strategy that supports the company's overall strategic business plan and performance objectives.
  • Understand and oversee the execution of best-in-class logistics/transportation and Distribution/Fulfillment services.
  • Manage risk analysis for logistics requirements and drive the development of action alternatives.
  • Prepare analysis and action plans to mitigate suppliers and supply risks associated with logistics requirements.
  • Build Tableau dashboards to drive insights into logistics performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, STEM, or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key supply chain areas such as inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and order management.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • WM experience required, preferably in SAP.
  • Knowledge in SAP.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Tableau Dashboard building experience.
