Job Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the ADD Logistics team with scheduling, monitoring, and tracking of inbound/outbound shipments from Lake County Distribution Team.

  • Coordinate the transfer of inventory to/from 3PL warehouse to Lake County Distribution Center
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure proactive coordination of materials
  • Manage trailer/container yard to ensure adequate space
  • Support logistics related projects
Requirements

High school degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Logistics/Transportation experience
  • Scheduling/Delivery coordination
  • 3PL warehouse inventory management
  • Data/Analytics experience (not required, but beneficial)
  • Tracking/Tracing/Monitoring shipments
Preferred Skills

Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, minimal supervision, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to leverage data – intermediate skills with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc).

Interview Preferences

Video/Microsoft Teams interviews preferred.
