POSITION:

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and Lead Sales Associate in driving new membership sales by attracting potential members to the studio and facilitating their class bookings. Additionally, the Sales Associate is instrumental in retaining existing members. A strong enthusiasm for fitness and a solid understanding of the Rumble brand are essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service abilities
  • Results-driven with a proven track record in selling memberships, class packages, and retail products
  • Capability to learn and utilize the ClubReady software system
  • Ability to remain on your feet or seated for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and enrollment
  • Conduct studio tours while building rapport and addressing individual needs and preferences
  • Maintain satisfactory levels of personal sales performance
  • Highlight and uphold the studio's objectives
  • Present available services to current and prospective members
  • Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets
  • Engage in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community outreach) to promote the studio
  • Take responsibility for enhancing selling skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

This role offers a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, along with commission on sales. There are opportunities for bonuses based on performance and significant potential for career advancement within the studio, including additional sales and management roles.

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
