- Support Site Reliability Engineering capabilities at Wells Fargo Merchant Card Services, igniting the practice, principles, and culture.
- Train skilled engineers by growing the practice within Card and Merchant Services and partnering with peer platform embedded SRE teams.
- Leverage enterprise capabilities, tools, and innovation to improve availability in a complex ecosystem.
- Help to evolve our environment introducing self-healing and autonomic capabilities.
- Automate key SRE metrics and IT Service Operations processes.
- Share support responsibilities for critical applications and customer journeys onboarded to SRE.
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of application support using RedHat Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
- 5+ years of experience supporting cloud technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with Application performance, monitoring and optimization using tools such as Blaze meter, JMeter, Splunk and AppDynamics.
- 5+ years of experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, Shell, VBScript, or JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience designing and managing Splunk Dashboards, reports, lookup tables, and summary indexes.
- 5+ Years of PEGA experience.
- Pega Certification.
- 4+ years of application production support experience.
- 3+ years of infrastructure support experience.
- 5 + years of experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture.
