Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the effective functioning of your retail outlet to meet and exceed sales objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory management, labor cost control, and loss prevention.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve optimal performance in KPIs and value-added targets across the store.
  • Monitor sales performance closely to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals—celebrate exceptional achievements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage labor costs effectively, adhering to weekly budget targets and company scheduling standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to foster high morale and support their individual growth through training and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and adhere to local and national safety legislation.

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager (2+ years) or Store Manager.
  • A motivated and proactive attitude.
