Position Information

The Clinical Nurse II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This role requires a strong understanding of patient needs, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent education
  • A diploma or associate's degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current registration as a registered nurse in the state of North Carolina
Work Schedule

This is a Monday-Friday position, with regular hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm. No weekends or call requirements.
